     Pricing is based on difficulty level of property. Level 1 property pricing listed below. All prices are for residential customers only.

     Residential property owners with more than an acre, you can contact us or send us a Quote Request, we will be happy to come out and evaluate your property, and provide you with a firm, but somewhat negotiable, quote.

Commercial / Real Estate

     Commercial and Real Estate properties will have to be custom quoted after visually surveying the property due to the fact that more man power typically is required to properly maintain these types of properties. You can submit a Quote and advise in the details that it is a commercial or real estate property and we will be happy to set up a visual inspection date and time to issue a proper quote.
